Hey, I’m Autumn Baez — garden lifestyle creator, wife, boy-mom, and the creative behind Pretty Little Planter. I believe in joyful living, modern design, and the power of a well-placed bloom.
Before corporate strategy and raised beds, I earned my Master’s in Cinema Production from DePaul University, where I honed my eye for storytelling, visual balance, and thoughtful composition. That filmmaker’s mindset still shapes everything I do . Whether I’m styling a container for your porch or preparing a segment for local TV.
Gardening isn’t just functional for me. It’s expressive. It’s curated. It’s how I share joy.
My days are split between two worlds:
- Designing vibrant, seasonal planters for homes and businesses across Chicagoland
- Leading global digital transformation as VP of HR Technology for a national healthcare organization
I run on coffee, color palettes, and calendar blocks. And I love it.
Professionally, I lead a global team focused on innovation, user experience, and digital enablement. I know how to build systems that scale and I bring that same thoughtful structure to my creative work.
What I Offer
Planter design for families, homeowners, and local businesses
Creative styling for photo shoots, content creators, and brand visuals
TV and media segments featuring seasonal garden tips and demos
Workshops and pop-ups with local nurseries and garden centers
Whether I’m on your front porch, on your screen, or behind the scenes, my goal is the same: to make gardening feel joyful, modern, and approachable — one planter at a time
